There’s a lot of other damages that make the apartment unattractive. The price is great for the amount of space it has but this place is old and not taken care of as well as it should and it shows. Availability at other places I decided to sign the lease. So far have had nothing but issues since my Mom moved there. The place has NO MAIL; the post office said their boxes were invalid. And they have yet to fix it in the two months she has been there. Forcing residents to have to go to this weird USPS facility and wait to get mail there.
The apartments are pretty bad for that price range and for that area. The area is far from anything and not very walkable; and not having a washer is really annoying. We were coming cross country so had to go by the website.
